Paulding County, GA - Paulding Gymnastics announces the addition of Marissa Beucler as a Competitive Team Coach for our Optionals Team.

This exciting addition joins PG after coming from Lexington, Kentucky, where she spent the last two years coaching at a club gym. While there, Marissa coached three Level 9 Eastern Qualifiers and one Level 10 National Qualifier.

Prior to club coaching, Marissa served as an assistant coach at the University of Pittsburg where she led five girls to All-EAGL honors in 2020.

Before Pittsburg, Beucler served at Division 1 Bowling Green University as an assistant coach. During her time with Bowling Green, she helped lead the team to a 2nd place finish and a MAC Championship record in 2017 while also coaching a NCAA National Championship Qualifier in 2018.

The former University of Kentucky gymnast was named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll three times, was a two time Academic All-American, helped her team break 14 separate records and had a career high all-around of 39.125 at the SEC Championships.

Marissa says she is, "so excited to help this talented, passionate and hard-working group achieve all of their biggest goals and dreams!" She is eager to, "join the PG family of coaches to help the program grow exponentially and thrive while sharing the passion and love for gymnastics."
