Gymnastics is a fun and challenging sport which will better
prepare the gymnast for all other sports.  The gymnast will
become stronger, more flexible and more coordinated with
each gymnastics lesson.

Our staff consists of highly qualified professional gymnastics
instructors.  All of our instructors are safety oriented.  Their
knowledge, ability, and years of experience make Paulding Gymnastics
one of the most highly respected gyms in the state.
